These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SMOB Flow platform (“System”), owned and operated by SMOB Flow (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By subscribing to or using SMOB Flow, you (“Client,” “User”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Platform Access & License

When you subscribe, you get access to SMOB Flow and all included features, templates, workflows, and support tools. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the System only for your own business operations. You do not have permission to resell, clone, or use the System for anyone else’s business or to build a competing product.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the platform ethically and legally

  • Protect your login credentials

  • Follow our guidelines and licensing rules

  • Not abuse system resources or spam others

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access for violations with or without notice.

3. Payments & Billing

Subscriptions are billed as shown at the time of checkout (monthly or annually). All payments are processed securely through our provider.

  • No refunds are offered for early cancellation or misuse of the platform

  • Chargebacks will result in account suspension and potential legal action

  • Failed payments may result in loss of access until the account is current

4. Support & Service Availability

We provide email and platform-based support during normal business hours. While we aim for 99% uptime, we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change or improve at our discretion.

5. Data & Client Content

You retain ownership of your customer/job data. SMOB Flow will never sell or misuse your data. We store and protect your content in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the legality and integrity of all data you upload to the platform.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You attempt to resell, redistribute, or duplicate the platform

  • You use the platform in ways that damage its reputation or functionality

Upon termination, you must stop using SMOB Flow and delete all copies or content obtained through it.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform materials including templates, designs, code, branding, and content remain the exclusive property of SMOB Flow. You may not copy, reuse, or claim ownership of any part of the System.

8. Limitation of Liability

SMOB Flow is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for:

  • Lost revenue or business

  • Downtime, data loss, or platform bugs

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Use the System at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you agree to the updated terms. We’ll notify you of major updates via email or inside the platform.
